Can You Run the Floor?

• 1 year of team lead/supervisor experience
• Lift 50 lbs, stay on your feet, keep up with the pace
• Know safety rules and make sure the team follows
• Train, onboard, and coach the crew to get the job done
• Support warehouse associates in daily operations, including receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory control
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines and service requirements are met
