Reimagine What's Possible

The Global OEM Business Manager is accountable for delivering the global PRISM Membranes Business sales plan and executing the global sales strategy for the OEM channel to market. This position will also negotiate and sign long term product supply agreements with major customers and business partners to deliver sales commitments. In addition, the Global OEM Business Manager will oversee global consistency and compliance to company standards in OEM sales activities including legal contract review, pricing, forecasting, and existing customer account management. OEM business manager will lead a team that will provide account management and growing existing OEM customers. This position will manage the development of an OEM prospect pipeline to achieve sales and profit growth targets for the business, which includes market landscape analysis, customer and prospect needs assessment, market pricing evaluation, prospect pipeline development, and engaging internal support resources.

Responsibilities

  • Direct worldwide business through sales, and account management activities for the OEM membrane business

  • Manage OEM membrane sales activity carried out globally, with resources located in US, Europe and Asia.

  • Coordinate activity with regional AP sales resources in other business units to meet the needs of the OEM customers

  • OEM Sales P&L accountability, including Order Entry, Revenue, EBITDA, and GP, includes annual operating plan development for OEM segment.

  • Strategic and tactical leadership of global OEM membrane business.

  • Preparation and management of all budgets/overheads relating to the OEM sales organization

  • Coordinate activities with sale operations and marketing on customer targeting, product promotion, training needs, and cost to serve analysis.

  • Direct sales activity related to development of strategic long-term contracts with OEM partner companies

  • Mentoring and HR development

  • Liaison with customers and other business groups.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate/graduate degree, and business qualification.

  • Commercial knowledge of financial analysis, market and pricing strategies, international business practices.

  • Technical knowledge of chemical or engineered products and their applications, membrane experience a plus.

  • Knowledge of contractual, legal, financial matters

  • Ability to communicate at all levels, internally and externally.

  • Track record of influencing cross-functional partners

  • Ability to directly manage and lead a highly motivated, multi-cultural, business team.

  • 10 years of Sales experience, including 5 years' experience in Sales/Business Management.
