Description Leidos has a job opportunity for a DCO Onboarding Lead expected to start in March 2026. This is a hybrid position allowing a 50/50 remote/onsite split, and can work out of any of our three locations: Hill AFB, Scott AFB, or Whitehall OH. Candidates must be within commuting distance (or prepared to self-relocate) to one of these locations. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Cybersecurity Onboarding Specialist to join our extensive cybersecurity team. This position will support the DISA GSM-O Task Order 09 Network Assurance (NA) Program. In this role, you will be responsible for seamlessly integrating new clients and employees into our cybersecurity ecosystem. You will serve as a important point of contact, guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the necessary tools and access, and providing foundational training on our security protocols and platforms. This position is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about creating a positive and secure onboarding experience, and who thrives in a dynamic, large-scale environment. Key Responsibilities
