SA&I helps clientsoptimizeand prioritize their portfolios through predictive innovation insights& accurateactivation forecasting. With theend-goal of improving new-product outcomes, we provide consultation to help clientsidentifytheir best ideas, arrive at their most compelling consumer proposition, andvalidatetheir in-market activity to fully realize trial and repeat potential.

This is a hybrid position in Chicago.

Job Description

As a Research Analyst on the SA&I team,you'lluse your analytical and consultative skills to help clients make better, faster, and smarter decisions.

Client servicing duties

  • Work on projects across a variety of large & small clients, in various industries or categories.
  • Produce high-quality client deliverables in partnership with your Client Consulting team.
  • Participate in client discussions/presentations and work through implications and recommendations based on the data.
  • Support the development of your client(s) through training related to consumer demand principles, value-addedprojectsand meta-analysis.

Analytical duties

  • Generatesinitialdraft of forecast results, analyses, and reports, summarizing outcomes,conclusionsand recommendations in a concise, client-friendly manner.
  • Supports commercial teams in meeting revenue goals by developing strong forecast analysis, ensuring a high degree of forecastaccuracyand supporting high profile and complex forecasting discussions with the client.

Qualifications

We are looking for curious,collaborativeand forward-thinkingpeople, whoare natural learners and would like to develop in the research market in the future.

Going into the details, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in DataAnalytics, Data Science, Marketing/Market Research, or related fields (Economics, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Liberal Arts).
  • Strong analytical skills with a desire to continuously improve.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills withthe ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to translate data into clear, compelling stories that will resonate with the client.
  • Demonstrateabilitytoexecute againstprojects for a variety of innovative products and develop a basic working knowledge of consumer and marketing drivers of sales volume.
  • Interestin quantitative and qualitative market research.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata) andproficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimumcumulative GPA: 3.0.
Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $48,400- $64,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
