Security Officer - Mobile Patrol

As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol in Fulton, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with on-site teams, and support a welcoming customer service experience. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse, dock, trailer yard, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, verifying identification and/or shipping paperwork as required, and directing drivers and visitors to the appropriate check-in locations.
• Complete routine reports, log entries, and required checklists, and communicate relevant observations to oncoming shifts and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm Panel Experience - preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.
• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
