As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail and mall location, you will drive between areas and conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and assist guests and tenants with clear communication and customer service. You will document observations using a computer and/or tablet while supporting a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity and a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with onsite personnel and public responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront corridors, loading and service areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy concerns.
• Monitor and document security-related concerns such as loitering, disruptive behavior, and/or suspected theft, and report observations promptly per site procedures.
• Complete written reports and activity logs, communicate updates to site leadership, and assist with access control and/or customer directions as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
