As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a utilities location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related concerns, and document observations as you support daily operations. You will communicate clearly, assist employees and visitors, and respond to incidents with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal protocols, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of buildings, equipment areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, check identification and/or authorization as required, and document entries, exits, and unusual activity per post orders.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate contacts and request assistance when needed.
• Complete detailed reports and logs, communicate significant updates during shift turnover, and support security-related inspections such as checking doors, gates, and lighting for irregularities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be a graduate of Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or Equivalent.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
