Facilities Engineer & Project Manager Location: Newington, NH Compensation: $115,000/year (salaried) + Bonus Opportunities Schedule: Monday-Friday \| 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Position Type: Direct Hire Lead Projects That Keep Facilities Running at Their Best. Advantage Technical is recruiting on behalf of our client and is looking for an experienced Facilities Engineer & Project Manager to own projects from scope to completion in a fast-paced plant environment. What You'll Do Lead project management initiatives, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics. Drive continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, safety, and quality enhancements. Identify and remove operational roadblocks using data-driven problem-solving techniques. Collaborate with engineering and design teams on facility upgrades, equipment installations, and line modifications. Conduct data analysis, value stream mapping, and performance tracking to support decision-making. Partner with production, maintenance, supply chain, and finance to improve operational efficiency and cost performance. Develop and maintain project documentation, including dashboards, reports, and Gantt charts. Present project updates and strategic insights to senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in engineering, project management, or manufacturing operations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and data analysis tools. Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, SharePoint, and database tools. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
