Are you early in your procurement career and excited to build hands-on experience across purchasing, supplier management, and sourcing? We're looking for a *Procurement Analyst* to support day-to-day purchasing operations while gaining exposure to strategic sourcing, vendor management, and process improvement in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and keeping operations running smoothly-all while learning how procurement drives business impact. What You'll Do Purchase Order & Requisition Management * Review approved purchase requisitions for accuracy, including GL coding, supplier details, and formatting * Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders in accordance with company policies and negotiated terms * Track PO status from creation through delivery and invoice payment * Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices * Maintain accurate and organized PO documentation * Partner with Finance and stakeholders to manage open PO reports and support period-end close Indirect Purchasing & Inventory Support * Support procurement of indirect goods and services such as packaging materials, labels, mailers, syringes, and related supplies * Monitor inventory minimums and maximums and place replenishment orders as needed * Assist with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs, including preparing for and participating in quarterly supplier reviews * Help research and qualify alternative suppliers to support supply continuity * Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align purchasing strategies Supplier & Vendor Coordination * Communicate with suppliers regarding order confirmations, delivery timelines, and changes * Assist with vendor onboarding and setup, including collecting required documentation (W9/W8, insurance, banking, compliance forms) * Maintain accurate vendor master data and support updates within ERP systems * Serve as a point of contact for vendor administrative questions * Support third-party risk and compliance tracking RFP & Sourcing Support * Assist with coordinating RFP and RFQ processes for select products and services * Help prepare RFP documentation, timelines, and evaluation materials * Support proposal evaluations, vendor comparisons, and cost analysis * Document sourcing decisions in alignment with governance and compliance standards Reporting & Process Improvement * Generate reports related to spend, supplier performance, and on-time delivery * Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities * Contribute to process improvements that streamline PO and procurement workflows What You Bring Required Qualifications * 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations * Working knowledge of purchase order processes and indirect procurement * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities * Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset * Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams * Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications * Exposure to RFP/RFQ processes or supplier sourcing initiatives * Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems * Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance concepts related to third-party vendors * Experience in regulated industries (pharmacy, healthcare, or similar) * Oracle Cloud (ERP, EPM, SCM) experience * Procurement or supply chain certifications (CPSM, CSCP), or interest in pursuing one Working Environment * Office environment where dogs may be present * Quiet to moderate noise level * Extended periods working at a computer * Occasional travel (up to 15%) Why This Role?
