Security Installation Technician (Entry-Level - Training Provided) Location: Phoenix, AZ (Greater Area) Pay: $20-$22/hr (Contract-to-Hire) Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday Work Type: On-site, field-based role Start Date: March 23, 2026 Launch Your Career in Security Technology! We are partnering with an industry-leading home security provider to hire entry-level Security Installation Technicians. No prior alarm or low-voltage experience required - we provide full training, help you develop technical skills, and support you in earning your professional state alarm installation license. This role is perfect for individuals who: Enjoy working with their hands Have customer service or hands-on labor experience Are reliable and eager to learn Want a long-term career with advancement opportunities What You'll Do After completing training, you will work independently in residential homes across the Phoenix area. Daily duties include: * Installing and programming burglar alarms, CCTV systems (IP & Analog), DVRs, and access control systems * Installing sensors such as window breaks, door units, smoke detectors * Troubleshooting system or signal issues * Testing and verifying equipment functionality * Training customers on system usage * Completing job documentation and maintaining accurate vehicle inventory * Delivering outstanding customer service with a goal of zero "go-backs" What You Need Must-Have Requirements * Reliable personal vehicle (used daily while on contract) * Strong punctuality and dependability * Professional appearance and strong customer service presence * Ability to pass background and drug screening * Experience using hand tools or performing hands-on/labor work * Comfortable working independently in residential environments Tools Required (Bring Your Own) * 6-foot ladder (Little Giant recommended for small vehicles) * Screwdrivers or electric drill * Wire cutters * Hand sheetrock saw * (Tools can be accumulated over time; expectations should be understood upfront.)
