Senior* Talent Development Consultant* Aurora, CO 6month contract Onsite \| Monday-Friday We're seeking an experienced Senior* Talent Development Consultant* to support leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives within a large healthcare environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in facilitation, coaching, and instructional design and enjoys making a measurable impact across an organization. What You'll Do * Lead leadership development, coaching, and teambuilding initiatives that improve performance and engagement * Design and deliver highimpact training sessions for groups ranging from 10-150 participants * Create and implement learning programs focused on leadership, teamwork, change management, and operational excellence * Partner with internal stakeholders to support organizational change and strategic initiatives * Provide consultative support aligned to business goals and organizational values * Support the Learning Management System (LMS) as needed, including user support, reporting, and system transitions What We're Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, or a related field * OR 8+ years of equivalent experience in corporate training or organizational development * 4+ years of handson experience in training, facilitation, or organizational development * Strong background in instructional design, facilitation, and coaching * Experience supporting change management and process improvement initiatives * Comfortable working onsite in a fastpaced, collaborative environment Additional Details * Drug screen & background* check required* * Pay Rate: Up to $40/hr * Why This Role?
