As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related issues, and respond to requests with strong customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, tenant corridors, lobbies, loading and parking areas, and the building perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity as assigned, assisting with directing guests and vendors, and reporting security-related concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Complete detailed reports of patrol activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns, and promptly report hazards or unusual conditions to Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Applicants must be able to ride a bike.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
