About the Role

The Lead Demand Management Specialist is responsible for owning the end-to-end pipeline operating system across all sources - Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Partner - for a given vertical or geography. This role diagnoses pipeline gaps by source, stage, and segment/solution, and drives cross-functional execution with Programs, Field/ABM, SDR, Sales, Alliances, PMM, and RevOps. This position connects marketing campaigns, intent data, buyer journey insights, sales plays, and sales engagement motions into an integrated calendar of programs that accelerate new pipeline creation and pipeline progression.

Here's What You'll Do
Leverage a unified view of pipeline volume, velocity, conversion, and quality by source, stage, solution, segment, and vertical/geo; publish pipeline health diagnostics and own a single trusted pipeline narrative that reconciles all sources - presenting insights, risks, and recommended next steps to SDR, Sales, and Marketing leadership
  • Track pipeline program performance weekly; analyze conversion rates, engagement signals, and pipeline creation; manage recurring operational pipeline review meetings to assess current state and surface recommendations
  • Create and manage the Demand Program calendar of blitzes and campaigns across sales, digital sales, SDRs, and partners; stand up remediation workstreams with clear owners and track due dates to closure via a completion dashboard
  • Orchestrate execution of sales plays and cadences across Solution Marketing, Program Marketing, Field Marketing, SDR leadership, Digital, PMM, and RevOps; coordinate with Field Marketing to localize plays, content, and programs for geos and segments
  • Own the intake, prioritization, and scoping of new strategic demand initiatives; recommend optimizations to plays, content, cadence steps, segmentation, and routing; design and implement playbooks for pipeline acceleration across Stage 1-Stage 4 opportunities
  • Operate as a trusted advisor and innovative thought leader; mentor, coach, and develop team members; translate marketing themes into actionable sales engagement cadences and deliver sales-aligned motions via Salesloft aligned to each program

  • Excellent communicator with demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, SDR, Product, RevOps, and Marketing
  • Deep understanding of buyer journeys, pipeline stages, ABM, and opportunity management in complex B2B environments; expert in funnel diagnostics, cohort/velocity analysis, and attribution reconciliation
