Qualifications
E.A. Sween is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team in Austin. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about operational excellence, team development, safety, and building a positive warehouse culture. In this role, you will lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including labor management, staffing, scheduling, and productivity performance. You will help ensure the team meets operational goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This position also plays an important role in training, coaching, and developing employees to improve performance, support retention, and build a strong team culture. The Warehouse Supervisor is also responsible for supporting compliance with food safety and audit standards, including HACCP and FSMA, while reinforcing safe work practices and company expectations throughout the operation. Success in this role requires strong communication, sound judgment, accountability, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Qualifications:

Compensation: The target salary range for this position is $58,795.61 to $70,000.00 annually, consistent with our internal compensation framework. This position is classified as Grade 12, with a full pay range of $58,795.61 to $82,444.55. Final pay will be determined by experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget. E.A.
