Description This is a full-cycle, front-line sales role where you'll guide customers from initial inquiry through purchase and delivery. If you enjoy camping, working directly with customers, and helping people choose the right gear for their adventures, this role may be a great fit. * Greet and assist customers by phone, email, and in person at the showroom * Manage leads and maintain accurate CRM records using HubSpot * Build strong customer relationships and identify needs and use cases * Develop in-depth product knowledge and clearly explain features, options, and benefits * Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and answer technical questions * Prepare quotes, explain financing options, and communicate delivery timelines * Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals * Attend trade shows, events, and occasional weekend activities * Capture basic photo and video content for sales and marketing use * Maintain a clean, organized, and up-to-date showroom * Participate in weekly sales and marketing meetings Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8am-5pm TRAVEL REQUIRED Skills CRM,Hubspot,sales,marketing,Customer service,outdoor,automotive Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Walnut, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $115000.00/yr. Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits United Healthcare Select Plus Gold, Silver, or HDHP Kaiser Bronze HMO HDHP, Silver HMO, or Gold HMO Cypress Dental PPO Low Plan or PPO High Plan VSP PPO Plan for Vision Four Wheel Campers pays 80% for employees and 50% for dependents medical premium. 100% Company Paid Benefits Basic Life and AD&D - $50,000 for employees, $10,000 for spouses, and $2,000 per Child(ren). Long Term Disability - up to $6,000 per month after 30 days' waiting period. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Other Company Benefits Available to Employees Voluntary Life and AD&D - coverage for employee, spouse/domestic partner, and employee's children at group rates (employee max $250,000 coverage) 401K/401K Roth - Employee Retirement Plan w/ Safe Harbor - company will match 100% of employee deferral amount up to 4% and employee balance is vested at 100% Payroll Advances - after one year of service, employees are eligible to apply for a payroll advance in the following amounts, $500, $1000, and $1500. Vacation Cashout Request - employees may request a vacation payout of from accrued and unused balance, up to 40 hours once per year. Work from Home (WFH) - for applicable office roles, there is an option to work from home one day per month or two half days per month with manager approval.
