Customer Service Representative (Fully Remote) Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support agent change requests in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will review, process, and communicate updates accurately while partnering with multiple internal teams to ensure changes are completed correctly and on time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, collaboration, and customer-focused problem solving. Key Responsibilities * Review and process agent change requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance * Obtain missing documentation or information and follow up as needed * Update systems of record and notify all impacted parties once changes are approved * Collaborate with internal teams including Service, Onboarding, Sales, Licensing, and Commissions * Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to agent changes * Maintain professional and effective communication with internal and external partners * Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed Qualifications * 1+ year of office or customer service experience * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests * Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of El Paso, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
