Description

Coordinates and supports the Determine (physician and physician group contracts) and non-physician contracts (i.e. service agreements, clinical trials, etc.) contracting process providing principal coordination, preparation and processing of contracts. Prepares documents and makes recommendations based upon education/communication with legal team and provider compensation team. Drafts new contract language and updates templates as needed. This position prepares compensation requests based on time sheets submitted, including incentive/quality-based initiatives as directed by the CFO or delegate. Reviews agreements to ensure core contract processes will be followed as outlined in the NWR contract policy and procedure. Contract Coordinator maintains a spreadsheet document that can be used as a financial tracking system by stakeholders for purposes of monitoring, evaluating and managing contract compensation. Maintains database for Non-Determine Physician agreements and implements a three to six-months advanced notification of contracts expiring to the contract owners. Maintains Determine document load process managing, both the initial Determine approval process and the final upload process. Manages and maintains electronic copies of all contacts, including notification process to stakeholders of completed process including electronic copy of agreement. Maintains master contract electronic filing system and responds to stakeholder requests for information. Coordinates uploading contract files to the Share Point Site for Bond Due Diligence as directed by the Office of Legal Affairs and CFO.

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or will consider equivalent health care work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2 to 5 years of health care related experience.
  • Experience working with spreadsheet, database and statistical applications.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Background working in an executive office environment.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
