Here's what we're looking for.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics, forklift maintenance, or battery technology.
• Experience with lithium-ion batteries and BMS/BMU systems preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, WMS systems, and inventory control processes.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer support abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse receiving operations, verifying incoming materials for accuracy in model, quantity, and quality; enter data into WMS systems.
• Execute shipping processes, including order picking, packaging, labeling, and shipment verification using FIFO inventory methods.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and optimize storage and material flow.
• Diagnose and perform repairs on batteries and chargers, including returned products.
• Inspect incoming batteries to ensure quality and compliance standards.
• Provide technical support to customers and dealers, troubleshooting hardware and system issues.
• Develop expertise in battery systems, BMS/BMU technologies, and related software/tools.
• Stay current on new engineering updates, product designs, and service tools.
