• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in mechanical assembly and/or paint blasting required (1 year).

Assembly Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Assemble products or components using hand tools, power tools, or machinery.
• Inspect assembled parts to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Report any defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Keep the work area organized and follow all housekeeping standards.

Paint Blasting Duties:

• Set up and operate abrasive blasting equipment to clean and prepare metal surfaces.
• Remove rust, paint, scale, and other contaminants from surfaces using appropriate blasting media (e.g., sand, grit).
• Inspect surfaces before and after blasting to ensure proper preparation for painting or coating.
• Operate in accordance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance on blasting equipment and report malfunctions.
