Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Shift:



  • 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6AM - 2:30 PM | $20 per hour
  • 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2PM - 10:30 PM | $22 per hour
  • 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 10PM - 6:30 AM | $23 per hour

Here's what it takes to make yours count.



  • High school diploma or GED required; AA degree or technical coursework preferred
  • 1+ year of manufacturing or materials processing experience required; 3+ years preferred
  • Previous experience in parts cleaning, coating, blasting, or the semiconductor industry is a major plus
  • Knowledge of Kaizen or Lean practices is beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable wearing cleanroom gowning, such as frocks and hairnets
  • Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if needed


What You'll Do:



  • Perform chemical and manual cleaning of parts using advanced processing methods
  • Operate equipment for scrubbing, wiping, masking, blasting, etching, coating, baking, and drying
  • Handle hazardous chemicals safely and according to all protocols
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of your work area through daily upkeep and 6S practices
  • Follow SOPs, lean manufacturing procedures, and safety policies at all times
  • Record SPC measurements and use Microsoft Word/Excel to log and track data
  • Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities
  • Take pride in your work with consistent task reporting and quality assurance
