This Position reports to:

Global P&C Manager, BL Industry

The AMMR Product Specialist accelerates product launch, adoption, and sales execution for the AMMR portfolio by enabling sales teams with the right tools, knowhow, simulations, proposal support, and training readiness. This role is hands-on and cross-functional, ensuring consistent product positioning and field effectiveness across three regions: NAM, EU, and Asia.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Drive product launch enablement and adoption by equipping sales teams with launch packages, product messaging, field guidance, and crossfunctional alignment to improve market penetration, revenue growth, and regional execution consistency.

  • Support proposal development through technical descriptions, solution framing, documentation, simulationbased evidence, and technical input for complex inquiries, presentations, demos, and competitive proposals.

  • Contribute to training plans and deliver sales/product training while creating and maintaining enablement assets such as playbooks, FAQs, demo scripts, pitch decks, and usecase narratives.

  • Develop basic applications and reusable templates, coordinate SW/HW update communication, facilitate knowledge sharing across global field teams, and support showrooms, exhibitions, and roadshows in CN, USA, and EU.

  • Provide structured enablement coverage across NAM, EU, and Asia through remote and onsite support for strategic accounts, ensuring consistent field capability and adoption.

Your background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience).

  • Demonstrated experience supporting product launches, sales enablement, technical pre-sales, or application support for industrial/automation/robotics solutions (recommended best-fit profile).

  • Strong communication skills: ability to translate technical capability into customer value.

  • Experience with mobile robotics / manipulation / industrial automation solution selling.

  • Experience building demos, training content, or repeatable templates.

  • Comfortable working across cultures/time zones; practical experience supporting multi-region stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel for customer demos, internal training, showrooms, and roadshows (cadence depends on launch phase and regional needs).
