Position Details: Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Five (5) years' experience demonstrating capabilities and success applicable to the role. Demonstrated experience may be gained from prior operational management and/or leadership roles, through completion of college degrees, or a combination of applicable professional and educational experiences. Skills, Knowledge Abilities: Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strategic and analytical skills Financial acumen and budget management Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance Ability to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiencies Advanced knowledge of healthcare operations and patient-centered care practices Knowledge of resource management and continuous improvement methodologies Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, operations management, healthcare administration, or a related field. Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in healthcare operations management. Proven track record in managing complex operations and leading teams to success. Why Mercy?
