Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bring 1 year of experience in high-volume manufacturing or plant operations
• Possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Be detail-oriented with the ability to follow complex instructions and handle production variability
• Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements
• Commit to following all PPE and safety requirements (including restrictions such as no contact lenses)

What the Job Looks Like

• Operate mixing tanks, controls, and valves while setting appropriate blade speeds, pump speeds, and temperatures for each batch
• Follow Product Instruction Sheets and batch formulas to accurately produce chemical mixtures
• Monitor tank scales and equipment to ensure proper operation and consistent production quality
• Record chemical usage, batch adjustments, and production data accurately in the required documentation
• Inspect, clean, tag, and transfer production tanks and finished batches according to schedule
• Verify raw materials before use and transact inventory using SAP, including cycle counts and reconciliations
• Conduct required sample testing in accordance with SOPs and quality standards
• Package finished goods, relabel chemical containers, and move materials throughout the facility as needed
