Pay: $18 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 5 AM -1:30 PM OR 3 PM - 11:30 PM

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in manufacturing, carpentry, or construction
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and productivity
• Basic measurement skills; ability to read a tape measure required
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus (training available)

Assembler Responsibilities:

• Assemble panels, doors, frames, and related components following specifications and production standards
• Operate hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, nail/staple guns, hammers, and measuring devices
• Measure materials accurately (up to 1/16") and follow blueprints or work instructions as needed
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process and document results as required
• Prepare, load, and move materials and finished products using proper lifting techniques or material handling equipment
• Install components such as hinges, latches, windows, trims, electrical elements, and other hardware
• Support production processes, including foaming, finishing, stacking, and shipment preparation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to meet production goals
