Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising a team of agents cleaning airport facilities and operating facility cleaning equipment.

Job Duties:

• Supervises a team of agents in janitorial duties and coordinates daily activities to ensure a safe and effective operation.
• Responsible for shift schedule to include work assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
• Responds to employee issues or complaints in a timely matter.
• Communicates with the Station Manager concerning any problems or issues.
• Schedules and conducts shift meetings.
• Trains, coaches, counsels, and mentors' employees in compliance with station policies.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Prospect policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anit-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities expected for this position.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Prospect Fair and Just Culture Policy.
