Description - Lead complex structured cabling projects (Network, Security, A/V, etc.) while working alongside project managers to maintain project timeline. - Oversee Tech 1 and Tech 2 personnel; assign tasks and ensure quality standards - Perform and certify terminations: RJ45, Keystone, F-Connectors, fiber (mechanical & fusion) - Read and interpret prints and documentation; manage updates and field conditions - Conduct advanced testing and certification using OTDR, cable certifier, network analyzer, etc. - Install and dress server racks, building cabling pathways (conduit, basket/ladder trays, etc.). - Perform quality assurance inspections and maintain documentation - Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and project managers - Use Microsoft Office Suite to document deliverables and/or updates and Visio to document rack layouts - Work in various site conditions including confined spaces and heights Skills structured cabling, fiber splicing, fiber installation, rack and stack, osha 30, panduit, leviton, corning, bicsi certified, aerial lift, cisco certified, aruba Top Skills Details structured cabling,fiber splicing,fiber installation,rack and stack Additional Skills & Qualifications * Historically, hospitals have required: o Medical records o Recent flu shots * Drug screenings must be fully clear - marijuana included.
