Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the mission of the Kohl's Center for Retailing by supporting experiential learning and corporate engagement initiatives that connect students with real-world industry opportunities Working closely with the Senior Manager of Partnerships & Programming and the Executive Director, this position coordinates employer engagement events, supports student programming, and manages the logistics that bring high-impact learning experiences to life. The role serves as a primary point of contact for students and industry partners, helping ensure strong relationships and seamless program execution. This role also collaborates across the School of Human Ecology and campus, including but not limited to, advising and career services, teaching faculty, and WFAA colleagues. This position also tracks engagement data, evaluates program effectiveness, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts to align programming with student needs and evolving industry expectations This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment, this role offers the opportunity to directly impact student career readiness while strengthening partnerships with leading brands and organizations in the retail landscape.
Compensation: The expected salary range for this position is $44,543 up to $57,312 for highly experienced candidates. Actual pay within this range will depend on experience and qualifications.
