Title: Clinical Therapist

Reportsto:Executive Director

Department/Location:Onsite

FLSA Status:Exempt

Position is Fulltime (40 hrs. per week) Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm PST at the Everett, Washington Guidelight Location. Position is working with the Adult and/or Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP/IOP) population.

Role Summary:

The Therapist willbe responsible forproviding high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

Role Responsibilities/Competencies:



  • Conduct psychologicalandbiopsychosocialassessments and evaluations todetermineclients' needs.


  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.


  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.


  • Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plansto create a cohesive case conceptualization.


  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensiveandcontinuityofcare.


  • Completes suicide risk assessment within identifiedtime framesand withappropriate thoroughnessand scoringwhile consulting with clinical leaders.


  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviewsdetermininglength of stay and level of care.


  • Assess andidentifycommunity resources based onclientsneeds during treatment/ aftercare planning.


  • Adhere to all standardized Group Curriculum and Treatment Planning.


  • Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issueswhile building supportive and trusting relationships


  • Comes preparedtoweekly clinical supervision with relevant client updates, case formulations, and questions to support high-quality care.


  • Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.


  • Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.

RequiredQualifications:



  • A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.


  • ValidIndependentstate licensurein the state applicable (LMHC, LMHCA, LICSW, LSWAIC, LMFT or LMFTA)


  • Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.


  • Experience providing group therapy and willingness to follow a curriculum


  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Relevant PHP/IOP experience

Pay Range
$86,000 $110,000 USD
