- Analyze and interpret financial and professional servicesoperational data to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop, test, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to support business insights.
- Collaborate with the Finance Operations and PMO teams to define data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Support data pre-processing, cleansing, and integration to ensure dataquality and integrity.
- Utilize Python for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of predictive models and other analytical solutions.
- Document processes, findings, and recommendations to enhance team knowledge and capabilities.
The must haves:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and Power BI, with a solid understanding of data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with SQL and data warehouse concepts.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Nice to have:
- Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or Google Looker.
- Knowledge of financial operations or project management processes.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and applications.
- Previous internship experience in data analytics or related fields.
