Specialist, Employee Relations Posted Date: Mar 24, 2026 Requisition Number: 128155 Location: Remote within U.S. Department: Human Resources / Employee Relations Summary of Role: Manages lowlevel employee relations cases, including workplace accommodations, policy interpretation, and process questions, and triages and assigns employee relations and ethics cases through established intake processes. Supports routine and moderately complex investigations by applying established ER policies and protocols, maintains accurate, auditready documentation, and escalates higherrisk matters to senior ER partners while partnering closely with frontline leaders, HR Business Partners, ER peers, and crossfunctional teams.
