Overview

The Internal Communications Manager for IT & Enterprise Transformation leads employee communications for technology-driven change and enterprise transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on merger integration. This role ensures employees understand how systems, processes, and ways of working are evolving-and what those changes mean for their day-to-day work.

Working closely with IT, the Integration & Transformation Office, HR, and enterprise leaders, you will deliver clear, coordinated communications that build awareness, readiness, and adoption across the organization. This role is critical to maintaining trust and momentum during periods of significant change.

Responsibilities

    Lead employee communications for integration-related enterprise transformation, including changes to systems, processes, policies, and ways of working.
  • Develop targeted communication plans that translate complex change into clear, employee-centric messages-reinforcing rationale, benefits, timing, and expectations.
  • Partner with IT, Integration & Transformation, and HR to align messaging, sequencing, and timing across multiple workstreams.
  • Lead internal communications for major IT initiatives (e.g., system implementations, platform changes, cybersecurity updates, and digital enablement programs).
  • Support adoption by gathering feedback, addressing employee concerns, and reinforcing behaviors required for successful transformation.
  • Track engagement, comprehension, and sentiment related to IT and transformation communications, and use insights to refine strategy and messaging.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of internal communications experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical/system-level change for employee audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing dependencies, sequencing, and overlap across multiple initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across IT, HR, Integration & Transformation, and senior leadership teams.
  • Ability to define success metrics and use data/insights to refine communications strategies.
  • Strong execution discipline to deliver speed, clarity, and consistency across channels.
  • Demonstrated success building alignment and influence across diverse stakeholders around a single narrative.
  • Comfortable presenting to and advising leaders; able to prepare executive-ready communications, recommendations, and updates.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; committed to consistency across communications and channels.
  • Curious, continuous learner who surfaces new ideas and constructively challenges the status quo.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Change management experience.
