Description What will I be doing? The Sr LMS Analyst works in partnership with the Learning & Development team to implement, support and maintainlearning management system (LMS). These solutions help to enable learning and career development for all our Team Members around the world. In this role, you will: * Build and maintain learning objects in the LMS such as online courses, instructor-led classes, and programs. * Provide reporting and insights on registration and learning data to gain visibility into learning registrations/completions and the Team Members who participate in that learning. * Serve as a point of escalation to resolve technical issues in the LMS and ensure all cases are closed in a timely manner. * Develop training documentation for users and administrators on use of the LMS.
