Counter Sales Associate

The Counter Sales Associate is a key frontline role supporting our customer-first approach. You'll manage walk-in customer interactions, process orders and repairs, and support warehouse operations-all while creating a positive and professional experience that reflects Kurz's reputation for service excellence.

• Perform daily cycle counts within warehouse and/or shop locations
• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders
• Enter and process orders accurately
• Receive assets for shop repairs
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct or relay messages
• Assist walk-in customers with counter sales transactions
• Prepare service reports for customers as needed
• Maintain warehouse/shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Support additional duties as assigned based on business needs

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Forklift experience is a plus (training provided; must be willing to operate daily as needed)
