As a Security Officer Patrol with Active Clearance in Huntsville, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Our Security Officers monitor and patrol assigned areas at a leading aero/defense location, helping to support a secure environment through routine patrols, visible presence, and strong customer service. In this unarmed role, you will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and work as part of a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, caring, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a dynamic aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity in accordance with site rules, helping to support authorized personnel movement and visitor processing.
• Communicate with site contacts, employees, and visitors regarding security-related concerns, directions, and/or procedural questions while maintaining professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
