The Position: We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Quality Control Supervisor, responsible for leading a team of Quality Control Laboratory and Field Technicians. Under the direction of the Area Manager, the Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for effectively managing, coaching, and developing a team of quality control technicians while performing proactive management of construction and manufacturing quality control processes and preparatory requirements to ensure ethical compliance. A robust training program will need to be successfully completed in order to obtain necessary certifications and full role responsibilities. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Demonstrates problem solving skills. Proven ability to effectively train, evaluate and communicate with others. Proven ability to oversee multiple and/or complex projects simultaneously. Must be proficient with computers, the Microsoft suite of programs, and an understanding of current technology trends. Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record. The Benefits:
