Location: Arden Hills, MN (Onsite)

Pay: $22.00-$23.00/hour (conversion range)

Schedule: Full-time | Contract with potential for extension or hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician II to support complaint investigations for cardiac rhythm management devices (pacemakers). This role focuses on product analysis, root cause investigation, and documentation within a regulated medical device environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Receive and evaluate returned product complaints and verify accuracy
  • Perform initial investigations and root cause testing on pacemakers
  • Document findings and enter data into complaint management systems (GCMS/Trackwise)
  • Ensure product traceability and complete, accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teams
  • Follow up on coding, data gaps, and investigation details
  • Prepare and route complaint files for final review and approval
  • Assist in maintaining and improving test procedures and processes
  • Maintain lab compliance, cleanliness, and quality standards



Qualifications



  • Associate degree in Electronics or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ year of experience in quality, testing, or technical roles
  • Strong attention to detail and technical writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)



Preferred Skills



  • Experience in a regulated environment (medical device, FDA, ISO)
  • Familiarity with complaint handling systems (GCMS, Trackwise)
  • Understanding of basic electrical principles
  • Experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies)



Additional Details



  • Onsite interview process (2 rounds, 30-45 minutes each)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
