Position Title: Contract Associate Analyst

Position Summary:
The Product Management Contract Associate supports processes related to the 340B contract pharmacy direct replenishment program. This role works cross-functionally with product, account management, operations, and finance teams to support daily operations, client implementations, and contract management. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical contracting, GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) membership analytics, and government healthcare programs such as 340B, with strong analytical and systems skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze GPO membership qualifications to ensure accurate alignment and connection to appropriate GPO contracts
- Support maintenance and administration of GPO contracts, ensuring compliance and proper documentation
- Assist in new client implementations for direct replenishment programs (30%)
- Resolve operational and invoicing issues across multiple stakeholder groups (30%)
- Provide operational and financial support for direct replenishment models (30%)
- Perform membership analytics and reporting to support contract decisions and business performance
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations related to contract activities
- Utilize tools such as SAP and advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and contract management
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and take initiative as a self-starter
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience with 340B programs, pharmaceutical contracting, and/or government healthcare contracts
- Strong understanding of GPO contract structures and membership qualification processes
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced preferred) - including data analysis, reporting, and large datasets
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently as a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented self-starter
- Proven ability to be a team player and adapt to change in dynamic environments
Additional Requirements:
- Training may require occasional onsite presence (Orlando area preferred)
- Candidate should be located within commuting distance (approx. 1 hour)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience required
