Bartender - Sportsman Cafe

Responsibilities:

• Bartenders must be friendly, helpful and courteous when dealing with all guests.
• Responsible for monies in the coin banks.
• Prepares orders taken from the cocktail staff and guests.
• Keeps inventory of stock in their assigned bar.
• Notifies barback when supplies are low.
• Prepares cut fruit, condiments, etc. Performs related duties as required.

Compentencies:

• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
• Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
