Job Purpose

This position is part of the Transportation Product Management team and focuses on analyzing warranty data to identify trends across customers, products, and performance metrics. Key responsibilities include developing and enhancing automated reporting tools to support standardized warranty reporting and improve data visibility. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a student interested in data analytics to gain hands-on experience working with real-world data that directly influences business decisions and product strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyze warranty claims data to identify trends
  • Scrub, confirm and organize large datasets for reporting and analysis
  • Develop automated reports
  • Support continuous improvement by providing data-driven insights
Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  1. Working toward a degree in Business or other technical area
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel

Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with customers, field sales and company contacts
