Summary:

PRESNow Isleta is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced RN Manager to join our team.

This role provides clinical and operational leadership for the PRESNow Isleta 24/7 Emergency and Urgent Care location. The Manager is responsible for ensuring highquality patient care, efficient daily operations, and a supportive environment for all team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Selection Manages recruitment process, including interviewing and selecting top candidates to meet departmental and organizational needs.

  • Onboarding & Retention Oversees newhire department-based orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Monitors outcomes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and implements strategies that strengthen retention and support organizational goals.

  • Regulatory Compliance & Workplace Standards Promotes and upholds a work environment that consistently meets state and federal regulatory requirements. Ensures staff accountability in maintaining compliance across all clinical and operational practices.

  • Clinical Practice Insight Applies a strong understanding of clinical workflows, care delivery processes, and clinical practice standards to support highquality patient care.

  • Performance Management & Staff Development Directs all aspects of staff performance, including evaluations, goal setting, and individualized development plans. Fosters engagement, professional growth, and team satisfaction through coaching and mentorship.

  • Leadership in Patient Care Excellence Guides and evaluates staff performance in alignment with core professional practice competencies, including clinical judgment and timely action, patient advocacy, compassionate, patientcentered care, effective interprofessional collaboration, systems thinking and operational awareness, respect for diversity and cultural responsiveness, facilitation of learning for patients and staff, and commitment to clinical inquiry and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License and current ACLS/BLS/PALs required.
Education: Associate degree; Bachelors preferred.
