This role is built for someone who loves diving into complex healthcare data to find stories that matter and is interested in leading academic research and high-impact publications.

You will bridge the gap between applied analytics and academic discovery, taking raw clinical information and turning it into rigorous publication-ready studies for peer-reviewed journals.

This position is a collaboration between cutting-edge industry leaders and academia within an interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate has prior research and publication Knowledge & exposure and is looking to advance their career through focused, high-impact scholarship at the intersection of AI, analytics, and healthcare delivery. This position is best suited for advanced PhD candidates or post-doctoral researchers seeking an opportunity to accelerate their publication record.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manuscript Development & Research Execution: You will take the lead in preparing manuscripts for high-quality peer-reviewed journals. This includes drafting the methodology, interpreting the policy and clinical relevance of results, and managing the submission and peer-review process. Prior Knowledge & exposure in academic writing and publication is a key factor.

Applied Quantitative Analysis: You'll design and run advanced analytics models (e.g., regression, machine learning algorithms) to uncover trends in patient care and health system performance. We don't just want numbers; we want actionable findings.

Clinical Data Insight: This position provides a hands-on opportunity with large-scale real-world data. You will contribute to the end-to-end process of extracting and refining data from Electronic Health Records (EHR) and billing systems. Your goal is to transform complex clinical data into a clean, reliable foundation for scholarly and business insight analysis.
Knowledge & Standards: You'll stay at the forefront of Health IT and health service research. This involves conducting targeted and systematic literature reviews to ensure our projects are addressing the most current gaps in evidence and practice in a fast-paced field.

Integrity & Compliance: You will manage the vital "behind-the-scenes" work, including version control on GitHub and ensuring all research follows Institutional Review Board (IRB) and HIPAA privacy standards.

Required Qualifications & Expertise

The Toolbox: Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL is essential. Knowledge & exposure working with healthcare utilization, HER, claims, or other observational clinical dataset is preferred. If you know your way around R, Java, or other statistical programming environments, that's a great bonus.

Proven Track Record: You should have Knowledge & exposure as a lead or contributing author in peer-reviewed journals. We value candidates who understand the lifecycle of academic publishing.

Domain Focus: A solid understanding of the healthcare landscape, how clinical data is structured, and quantitative research methods commonly used in applied health research are required to hit the ground running.

Education: Candidates must be either
