Position Overview This role can be fully Remote or based at one of our US locations: Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Clara, CA; or Ashburn, VA.in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible) Vantage is seeking a detail oriented and analytical Workday Configuration Specialist to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will support the functional configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday to meet evolving business needs across Core HCM and key modules (e.g., Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, and Adaptive Planning as applicable). You will translate business requirements into scalable system designs, configure Workday business processes and security, build and enhance reporting, and partner with stakeholders to deliver a high-quality user experience. You will also support Workday's biannual releases by evaluating new features, coordinating testing, and deploying configuration changes with appropriate documentation and controls.
