Why You'll Love This Role: * Competitive Pay: $20.40/hr * Career Growth: Onsite to start, with hybrid flexibility after training (based on performance) * Location: 11800 Weston Parkway, Cary, North Carolina, 27513, United States What We're Looking For: * At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience * Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others What You'll Do: * Be the go-to resource for inbound calls, ensuring smooth workflows and satisfied customers * Schedule medication deliveries and payments, keeping profiles accurate for timely distribution * Respond to inquiries or route calls to the right team for quick resolution * Keep clear progress notes so colleagues can easily track referral status * Use systems to answer refill questions, verify insurance, and provide invoices * Support patients with refill scheduling and connect them to pharmacists or nurses when needed * Report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to clinicians to ensure patient safety * Take on additional tasks as needed, adapting to team and program requirements If you're ready to bring your customer service expertise to a role that truly matters, we'd love to hear from you! Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cary, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.40 - $20.40/hr.
