Loan Documentation Specialist *Location:* Greenwood Village, CO (Onsite)
*Job Type:* Contract-to-Hire *Pay Rate:* $22.00/hour About the Opportunity We are currently hiring a *Loan Documentation Specialist* to support one of the *top financial services companies in Colorado*. Key Responsibilities * Review and manage *10-20 loan files concurrently*, ensuring accuracy and completeness * Thoroughly review loan documentation and validate information against multiple internal systems * Verify that all loan data is accurate, compliant, and complete prior to disbursement * Identify missing or inconsistent information and communicate requirements via *email* with auto dealerships and credit union representatives * Flag and escalate documentation that is *out of compliance* with internal or regulatory standards * Occasionally place outbound calls to dealerships or credit unions to resolve discrepancies (this is *not a phone-heavy role*) * Maintain accurate tracking and organization of loan documentation throughout the review process Qualifications Required Qualifications * Minimum of *1 year of experience* in a *fast-paced, high-volume data entry* environment * At least *1 year of office-based experience*, such as: * Administrative support * Banking or financial services * Data entry * Automotive dealership operations * Proficiency in *Microsoft Excel*, including: * Editing spreadsheets * Tracking and organizing data accurately * Working across multiple tabs Preferred Qualifications * Previous *auto loan processing or documentation* experience * Background in *banking or consumer finance processing* * Customer service experience within a *banking or financial services* environment Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is *$22.00/hour*.
