Myriad Genetics is a leader in molecular diagnostics, advancing personalized medicine across Oncology, Women's Health, and Mental Health. We are seeking a strategic and analytical Sales Incentive Compensation Senior Manager to lead the design, governance, and execution of commercial sales incentive programs that drive performance and fuel growth.

This role partners closely with Commercial Leadership, Finance, HR, and Sales Operations to ensure compensation plans align with corporate objectives, motivate the field, and scale with business needs. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of analytics, finance, and commercial performance-and wants to shape how we reward and accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

Lead Incentive Strategy & Design

  • Own enterprise-wide sales compensation strategy
  • Design incentive compensation plans, pay curves, accelerators, SPIFs, and performance metrics
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to ensure ROI and cost alignment
  • Drive plan design and refinements

Ensure Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Own accurate commission calculations and timely payouts
  • Establish controls, documentation, and compliance standards
  • Lead dispute resolution and maintain plan transparency
  • Partner with Payroll, HR, and Finance on accruals and reporting

Drive Analytics & Business Impact

  • Deliver executive-ready reporting on attainment, pay-for-performance alignment, and plan effectiveness
  • Forecast incentive compensation expense and analyze budget variance
  • Identify trends, risks, and productivity opportunities
  • Build scalable dashboards and reporting tools

Optimize Systems & Processes

  • Enhance incentive compensation systems and automation
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve data integrity and reporting efficiency
  • Lead process improvements that increase accuracy and reduce risk

Lead & Influence

  • Serve as the primary incentive compensation advisor to Commercial Leadership
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in finance, business, or related fields preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, or Commercial Analytics
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • Proven success designing and administering complex sales compensation plans
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical expertise
  • Deep understanding of pay-for-performance principles and governance
  • Experience in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences preferred

Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, ICM Systems, Salesforce, BI tools (e.g., Looker/Tableau), SQL preferred
