The Provider Maintenance Manager leads a team responsible for the daily management of provider data, including onboarding, updates, and terminations. This role ensures data accuracy, integrity, and compliance while driving initiatives to improve provider experience and operational efficiency. The Manager oversees day-to-day operations, resolves escalations, monitors KPIs, and partners with cross-functional teams such as IT, Credentialing, Compliance, and Network Management. This position also leads strategic initiatives with external partners and vendors (including MDI), supports delegated roster management, and helps advance automation within the core provider data system. Salary Range: Minimum 37.60/hour - Maximum 62.08/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
