Description The Director of Brand Strategy & Insights leads AW clients in solving complex brand challenges with confidence and clarity. This role combines strategic expertise with hands-on leadership - guiding the development and delivery of brand positioning, purpose, character, story, portfolio architecture, and nomenclature.
Beyond client-facing brand strategy, the Director plays a key role in shaping high-quality deliverables, overseeing the creation and production of materials, and creating inspiring moments throughout the project lifecycle. From proposal through final recommendations, this role orchestrates cross-functional teams and drives momentum, with ultimate accountability for the success of each engagement.
Responsibilities:
The Director of Insights & Strategy is part strategist, part analyst, part innovator, and part entrepreneur, tackling some of the industry's toughest business challenges and creating the inspiration that fuels enduring brands.
Qualification Requirements
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $125,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
