The Role:

TheJr.Salesforce Administrator role willbe responsible forongoing enhancements and maintenance of the Salesforce platform. These responsibilities include cross-team collaboration on implementation strategies, user management, out-of-the-box capabilities vs customizations, security and visibility constraints, and peer mentorship with the other administrators. This role will be key for helping ensure that wemaintainan environment that can scale as our business grows while also adapting as business needs change.

What you will be working on:

• Work with the team to translate company initiatives into actionable requirements within our Salesforce platform.
• Work with the team to help consult between involved technical teams for ongoing efforts and product strategies.
• Asappropriate, recommend custom vs out-of-the-box solutions for new features or product enhancements within the platform.
• Help manage and support API integrations with authentication and access best practices.
• Maintain a working knowledge of supported Salesforce features and products, as well as upcoming changes thatimpactthe org. (i.eProcess Builder, Flows, Data Modeling, Maps, Digital Engagement,Feedback Management,Access and Authentication, Release Updates, Lighting Experience, Feature Retirement)
• Identifyopportunities for improvement whenassistingwith legacy features and implementations.
• Assisting with AI strategies involvingAgentforceand other AI related technologies.

Who you will work with:

You will be working with business stakeholders and varying technical teams across business units to investigate,design, and implement product enhancements and solutions. Throughout each effortyou'llwork in conjunction withyour fellow administrators to consult andidentifytheappropriate courseof action while documenting each effort.As needed,you'llalso coordinate externalassistancewith Salesforce Premier Support and Proactive Monitoring.

Whatwe'relooking for:

• 2+ years' experience implementing andmaintainingtechnical projects and systems
• High School Diploma/GED
• Baseawarenessof out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities and features
• Strong analytical perspective and understanding of Salesforce data models and architecture
• Base awarenessof Salesforce automation and integration capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed and deadline oriented

Preferred:

• Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Experience administrating within Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience administrating and customizing Digital Engagement: Messaging
• Salesforce Einstein/AI experience
• Sales Cloud administration
• Development experience (Apex,Javascript, LWC, Aura)
