Acara Solutions is seeking dependable and motivated Production Operators for a leading manufacturing client in Buffalo Grove, IL. This is an excellent opportunity to join a clean, team-oriented production environment where you will assemble, test, and package electronic and mechanical products while following established quality and safety standards.

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Employment Type: Contract to Perm after 3 months
Pay Rate: $18.38 per hour
Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assemble, test, and package products according to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Follow visual aids, written instructions, and verbal directions to complete tasks accurately.
  • Move parts and materials to support smooth workflow and production efficiency.
  • Rotate between workstations and departments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Identify and report quality or process concerns to leadership.
  • Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively.

Job Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or hands-on production experience preferred.
  • Experience with electronic or mechanical assembly is a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
  • Strong attendance and reliability.
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, pushing, pulling, and movement throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfortable using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Need Dependable Transportation.
  • Be able to work on their feet.
  • Can work by themselves or with others.
  • They can work with their hands (Previous manufacturing, food service, working on cars).
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, or combine all movement types as necessary by and during the job assignment.
  • Capability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches), electric and pneumatic power tools, in-house developed product-specific tooling/fixtures, and ability to lift to 25 lbs.
