Bring This: GED or diploma (trade school a plus). Maintenance/repair chops from a manufacturing facility (2-10 years). Strong problem-solving with tools and tech. Comfortable reading schematics and blueprints. Up for heavy lifting and tough conditions. Knowledge of three-phase 480VAC and troubleshooting skills Do This: Start with inspections and tune-ups before things break. Jump in when a machine stops - fix it and get production rolling again. Use tools, schematics, and grit to solve problems. Work side-by-side with the team to keep it all running.
